Ven. Professor Dr. Moragollagama Uparathana Thero was elected unanimously as the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for the third time, and he assumed the duties on 01st February 2025.

Ven. Professor Dr. Moragollagama Uparathana Thero holds a Ph.D in Buddhist Studies, Wuhan University, China. MPhil in Pali, M.A., in Buddhist studies (University of Kelaniya)M.A., in Buddhist Studies (University of Hong Kong) and B.A.,(Hons) in Pali with first class from University of Kelaniya.
