Students' Felicitation Event at Buddhist and Pali University
The students of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka organized a felicitation event for both permanent and visiting academic staff on 26th October, 2023, in celebration of the Teachers' Day, which falls in October. The event took place in the Main Auditorium of the university and was attended by the academic staff members, including the Most Venerable Vice Chancellor, Ven. Prof. Neluwe Sumanawansa Nayaka Thero. In his address, Venerable Vice Chancellor commended the students for their efforts, stating that this was a historic moment for the university, with the students taking the time to express their gratitude to their lecturers. Students from all academic years participated in the event, and each lecturer received a felicitation plaque as a token of appreciation for their dedicated service.
