Guest Lecture on “Enhancing Communication through Effective Data Presentation” – Organized by the Department of English
On 8th August, 2024, Ms. Praweena Nirmani, a Freelance Media & Communication Designer and Media & Marketing Executive, as well as a Tutor in Designing at the University of Moratuwa, delivered an insightful guest lecture on the topic “Enhancing Communication through Effective Data Presentation.” The lecture, held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., was attended by English medium undergraduates following courses at the Department of English. Ms. Praweena's session focused on the critical role of data presentation in communication, offering practical insights and strategies that can be applied across various subjects.
