Dhamma Sermon & Multilingual Performance day
“Dhamma Sermon and Multilingual Performance Day-2022” was organized by the Department of Language Skills Development on November 16, 2022 at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. The students conducted Dhamma sermons and presentations in Hindi, Tamil, Korean, French, Chinese and Japanese languages. The priority was given to the 3rd year students and they selected a topic of their interest for the Dhamma sermons and presentations.
The Vice Chancellor (Acting) of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka, Most Venerable Professor Neluwe Sumanawansa Thero attended the event as the chief guest. The Dean (Acting) of the Faculty of Language Studies, Most Venerable Professor Lenagala Siriniwasa Thero and many other members of the academic staff, non-academic staff and students participated in this successful event.
