Projects and Assignments
- The most successful project in my career tenure is the English boot camp which was conducted in Hambantota, Sri Lanka in collaboration with Tharunyata Hetak, Vocational Training Authority and Resilience International Institute of Higher Learning (Reference:

- Knobbed the coastal resources management project for approximately one year as a supervisor.
- One of my best assignments was the Distant Education Modernization project as a lecturer and coordinator for two years which was lanched by the Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka.
- I have trained Youth Rangers in Sri Lanka in soft skills and English for over two years.
- Training the presidential security division and personal security officers of Tharunyata Hetak for English as a company commitment.
- Training Sri Lankan teachers for the International pedagogical ICT license (I was the master facilitator for the very first training in Sri Lanka).
- Prepared the curriculum and conducted a unique tourism training programme in Hambantota in collaboration with Sri Lanka Mahaweli Authority and Tharunyata Hetak.

- Participated in the workshop on Preparing and Standardizing Examination Papers, Assessment and Awarding Credits for Undergraduate Courses conducted by the Department of Buddhist Philosophy, The Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka on 01. 12. 2016.
- Participated in the workshop on Upgrading Syllabus and Quality Assurance by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in June 2015.
- Completed the Certificate Course in Research Methods Techniques & Statistics for Data Analysis conducted by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in 2015.
- Completed the Staff Development Programme for University academic staff conducted by the Staff Development Center of the University of Kelaniya in 2014.
- Participated in the workshop on Enhancement of Active Learning in Students conducted by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka on 23. 07. 2014.
- Participated in the workshop on Buddhism and Hinduism conducted by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in 2014 July.
- Participated in the workshop on Professional Development conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development in July 2014.
