Inauguration of the Bachelor of Arts External Degree Programme – 2025
The inauguration ceremony for the Bachelor of Arts Degree Programme for the academic year 2025 took place on February 28th, 2025 at the Main Auditorium of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including the Most Venerable Vice Chancellor, Ven. Professor Neluwe Sumanawansa Thero, the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Ven. Professor Moragollagama Uparathana Thero, the Dean of the Faculty of Buddhist Studies, Chair Professor Ven. Homagama Dhammananda Thero, the Dean of the Faculty of Language Studies, Professor Ven. Gonadeniye Pannarathana Thero, Director of the Center for Quality Assurance, Professor Ven. Wawwe Dhammarakkitha Thero, the Librarian, Dr. W. W. K. Lalith, the Head of the Department of Sanskrit, Senior Lecturer Dr. Ven. Mawathagama Pemananda Thero, the Head of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy, Senior Lecturer Ven. Yodhakandiye Ariyawansa Thero, the Head of the Department of Buddhist Culture, Associate Professor Ven.
